How do I apply for a job with CAPS?

The best way is to submit your resume online in response to one of the advertised positions. When you have completed the online application process, one of our team will review your application. Make sure your details are correct so we can contact you.

How long does the recruitment process usually take from the time I apply?

We try to work through the recruitment process as quickly as we can.

As an applicant what can I expect from the selection process?
  • Online application (submission of resume)
  • Telephone interview
  • Behavioural based face to face interview
  • Aptitude testing
  • Medical assessments (for select roles)
  • Due diligence – police checks, reference checks, right to work, COVID-19 vaccination status
If I am unsuccessful this time, can I re-apply?
