The Problem

The office complex involved in this project is a Grade-A building delivering the highest quality amenities, efficiency, sustainability and design.

The building, located on George Street in Sydney’s bustling CBD, acquired a 5 star Green Star design, which demonstrates a dedication to minimising environmental impacts and future energy costs for a healthy working environment.

CAPS was awarded the complete supply and installation work for the building’s turnkey generator requirements. One generator was exclusive to the building computer system and office. The second generator, including the dual batteries starting system with automatic changeover, was for base building standby power.
