The 2545X10A air compressor consists of a heavy-duty fabricated steel baseplate with both the compressor unit and motor side rails attached to it with high tensile steel bolts.
This 415V Belt driven unit operates at 10hp and 125 psi pressure; true industrial use compressors and delivers 35.2cfm.
The drive is V-Belt type with provision for easy adjustment of Belt slack. An easily removed, totally enclosed wire Belt guard. Precision balanced low-pressure aluminium and high pressure cast iron pistons provide smooth operation.
Ingersoll Rand’s Type 30 inNOvative two-stage design allows for cooler operating temperatures and overall better power performance. Built with robust cast iron cylinders, the 415V Belt-driven units are a quality investment.

  • A unique overhung Crankshaft design supported by two heavy-duty ball bearings with replaceable crankpin bushing.
  • Units are equipped for Auto Stop/ Start Control with pressure switch
  • Efficient valve design is utilised. Inlet and discharge valves consist of finger valves, which allows maximum airflow. It is easily removable for maintenance
  • The centrifugal unloader automatically bleeds the air from intercooler and cylinders, preventing the compressor from starting against full load. This protects the motor from premature wear.
