The QWIK-PURE ® active oil-water separator marks the start of a completely new era in condensate treatment. This applies in particular to handling, cartridge replacement, service, and the possibility of simply growing with changing requirements.

While conventional oil-water separators work according to the gravity principle where condensate seeps through the filter medium, with the QWIK-PURE ® the condensate is actively forced through the pre-filter and main filter with light blasts of compressed air. The cartridge is permanently filled with liquid, so nothing can dry out and form impermeable boundary layers. On the other hand, there are hardly any problematic cultures left with which operators or service personnel could come into contact.
